Refund Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

30 days

From the day you buy. Full amount, back to the original payment method. No reason required, no form to fill in, no “tell us why” interrogation.

How to get your money back

  1. Open a GitHub issue on the product you bought, titled “refund”. That is the whole process — there is no ticket form and no email-only requirement.
  2. We reply to confirm, normally within 48 hours.
  3. The refund is issued to your original payment method through Waffo. You will see it on your statement once it clears.

Bank and card timelines are set by your own provider. Typically a few business days; we do not control that and cannot speed it up.

What you do not have to do

Beyond 30 days

If you are outside the window and something is genuinely broken, we still want to fix it. Open an issue and describe the problem. We will look at it even if we cannot refund you.

If you believe an included sound effect infringes your copyright, tell us and we will remove it from the next release — regardless of purchase date or the 30-day window. See section 7 of the terms of sale.

The one thing that voids a refund

Reselling or redistributing a paid licence. We verify licences per machine, and a redistributed key will be revoked. Refunds for revoked keys are not issued.

Using the free version, or sharing it with others, does not affect your paid refund rights.

Refunds on free versions

There is nothing to refund — the free version costs nothing and we never ask for payment information to use it.
