The short version: you pay once, you get it forever, updates are included, and if it is not right for you we refund within 30 days. There is no subscription and no renewal.
These terms apply to every paid purchase of a Jax Labs software product made through this site or any linked payment page. Buying from us means accepting them.

Because the free version carries no such restriction, a reasonable person can always reach the same functionality without buying. We sell the paid conveniences, not the software itself.
Thirty days, no interrogation. See the refund policy for the procedure. That policy is part of these terms.
Some Jax Labs products incorporate open-source components under their own licences (for example, the TypeWords base used by TypeFlow, under GPL v3). Those components remain under their original licences regardless of what you paid us, and their licence terms apply to you.
The sound effects distributed with our products were selected by us from our own collection. We do not assert that we hold blanket redistribution rights to every third-party sound that ever circulated online. If you believe an included asset infringes your rights, contact us and we will remove it in the next release. This commitment is not limited by the 30-day window.
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We test it on real hardware, but we cannot guarantee it works on every machine, with every driver, or alongside every other installed program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Support, order questions and refund requests all go to 445167248@qq.com. Write from the address you purchased with — that is how we match the order. We answer in English and Chinese. Refunds are handled under the refund policy and are not discretionary once the 30-day window closes.
We may update these terms. The version that applied is the one published on the day you purchased. Changes never retroactively void a refund right you already had.
